Office announcedMPThe General Assembly announced today, Wednesday, the filing of a criminal case against three suspects on charges of fuel smuggling.
According to the office’s statement, the Control Affairs UnitJudicialThe Office of the Public Prosecutor investigated evidence indicating the involvement of these people in smuggling diesel fuel, as it was found that the containers in which the fuel was transported carried false data.
Based on this information, it was submitted to the Chief Prosecutor of West MisrataPrimaryWho led a field campaign in cooperation with the Special Task Force, which resulted in the arrest of suspects red-handed and the seizure of smuggled materials. Those arrested were also interrogated and the necessary measures were taken to preserve the evidence and seized items.
