صحافة بلادي — Morocco –Madiha Khair was appointed, on Friday, October 16, 2026, as Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education, Primary Education, Vocational Training and Rehabilitation, in charge of vocational training and rehabilitation, according to the data received regarding new government appointments.

Khair was born on April 17, 1975 in the city of Beni Mellal. She obtained a master’s degree in international trade, before assuming administrative responsibilities in the civil aviation and air transport sector.

She held the position of Secretary General of the Mohammed VI International Academy of Civil Aviation, and also worked as an official at the National Airports Office, in a career path that combined training, administrative management, and institutional work.

At the international level, Khair is a member of the Executive Committee of the African Parliamentary Union, and is also affiliated with Airports Council International, Africa Branch.

Her new appointment places her in charge of managing vocational training and qualification files, in a sector related to developing competencies and facilitating the integration of trainees into the labor market, with the results of this responsibility being measured through the programs and procedures that will be adopted during the next stage.

On a personal level, Madiha Khair is married and a mother of two children.
