The Seville Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla) announced the opening of registration for an in-person training program extending to180 hoursIt aims to qualify young people to work in the position of “Service and Care Assistant in Health Institutions” (Celador/a en Instituciones Sanitarias), during the period extending fromOctober 28 to December 11, 2026.

Content of training and timing of classes

Training sessions are conducted in person from Monday to Friday, between eight-thirty in the morning (08:30) and two-thirty in the afternoon (14:30), and are divided into two complementary parts:

• Communication and Customer Service Unit (30 hours):It focuses on the skills of reception, guidance, and professional dealing with patients and their families within hospital facilities.
• Professional specialization unit for health services assistant (150 hours):It includes practical training on accompanying and transporting patients, moving them according to safe health protocols, and organizing documents and logistical equipment between medical departments.

Eligibility conditions and deadline for submitting applications

To join this training track, the candidate must be registered in a valid manner in the “Spanish Youth Security System” (Garantía Juvenil), and must have an educational level not lower than the Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate (ESO) or a certificate legally equivalent to it in Spain.
