Two resignations shake the Tunisian Football League.. Nihad Ben Hamida joins Thamer Al-Makour

Tunisia –The National Professional Football League in Tunisia witnessed a new resignation within its executive office, after member Nihad Ben Hamida announced his official withdrawal from his duties, becoming the second official to leave the association within a short period after the resignation of Thamer Al-Makour.

Identical sources reported that Ben Hamida submitted his resignation to the National Football League’s control office, without providing explanations about the reasons that prompted him to take this decision.

This step comes weeks after the resignation of Thamer Al-Makour, who had linked his departure at the time to his objection to some decisions taken within the association, which raised questions about the nature of the internal atmosphere and decision-making mechanisms within the body supervising professional competitions.

The National Professional Football League did not issue any official clarification regarding the backgrounds of the two resignations or their impact on the office’s work progress, at a time when questions are increasing about whether these departures reflect internal disagreements or whether they remain merely individual decisions that have nothing to do with the method of management.

The association remains faced with the challenge of maintaining the stability of its administrative structures, especially in light of the sensitivity of the files it supervises, including organizing competitions and considering objections and disciplinary files related to clubs.
