Rabat –Her Royal Highness chairedPrincess Lalla AsmaaPresident of the Lalla Asmae Foundation, today, Tuesday in Rabat, the closing ceremony of the academic year2025-2026On an occasion that revealed that the institution had achieved a success rate of100 percent in baccalaureate examsIn addition to announcing the expansion of its services for the benefit of deaf and hard of hearing children by opening a new center in the city ofMeknes.
This event confirms the continued royal attention paid by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the issue of integration and equal opportunities, in addition to the efforts of Princess Lalla Asmae in developing the education and rehabilitation system for the benefit of children and youth who are deaf and hard of hearing.
During the ceremony, Princess Lalla Asmae visited the Foundation’s spaces, including the training field for the beneficiaries of the Real Madrid Foundation’s Football School programme. She also viewed a number of corridors displaying the Foundation’s educational, training and life activities.
The Managing Director of the Foundation, Karim Al-Sakli, confirmed that approximately500 students, trainees and studentsThey are currently pursuing their studies at the institution’s centers inRabat, Tangier and MeknesIn addition to the Faculty of Science in Rabat, he pointed out that the opening of the Meknes Center constitutes a new station in the path of expanding the institution’s services at the national level.
The ceremony witnessed the signing of a framework agreement between the Lalla Asmae Foundation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Digital University, with the aim of developing competencies and promoting the professional and comprehensive integration of beneficiaries within the national economic fabric.
The celebration program also included artistic performances presented by the institution’s students, in addition to a tribute to the Moroccan national football team, where the “Atlas Lions” players sent a video message from Mexico in which they congratulated the institution’s students and encouraged them to continue their academic path.
Within the framework of theinitiative “Hearing aid for everyone”Princess Lalla Asmaa symbolically handed over a hearing aid to a child among the beneficiaries, as part of a process that includes the distribution of100 stethoscopesFor the children of the Foundation’s centers in Rabat, Meknes and Tangier.
