Rabat –Today, Thursday in Rabat, His Majesty King Mohammed VI held a luncheon in honor of French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu and his accompanying delegation, headed by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, as part of the French official’s official visit to the Kingdom.
The luncheon was attended by a number of senior Moroccan and French officials, including French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez, French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot, as well as members of the official delegation accompanying the French Prime Minister.
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi Alami, advisors to His Majesty the King, Omar Azzimane and Omar Kabbaj, Minister of Interior, Abdelwafi Laftit, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, also participated in the occasion.
The banquet came after Aziz Akhannouch and Sebastien Lecornu chaired the fifteenth session of the Moroccan-French high-level meeting, which falls within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and French President Emmanuel Macron.
The session culminated in the signing of a number of cooperation and partnership agreements in various fields, reflecting the strength of bilateral relations and the dynamism witnessed by the Moroccan-French partnership.
