Mauritania and Morocco are discussing enhancing educational cooperation and developing partnership in the education sector

Nouakchott –Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Education and Educational System Reform in Mauritania, Hoda Babah, discussed with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco accredited to Nouakchott, Hamid Chabar, ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the educational field and exchange experiences between the two countries.

The Mauritanian Ministry of Education confirmed in a briefing that the meeting addressed areas of cooperation of common interest, with a focus on mechanisms for developing the educational system and strengthening the partnership between the two educational institutions in the two countries.

The Ministry added that the discussions included examining ways to exchange expertise and experiences in the education sector, which would contribute to improving bilateral cooperation and supporting efforts to reform and develop the educational system in Mauritania and Morocco.

This meeting comes within the framework of bilateral relations between the two countries, which aim to expand areas of cooperation in a number of sectors, including education and training, in a way that serves common interests.
