Today, Monday, the National Union of Libyan Workers and the General Union of Palestinian Workers signed a joint cooperation protocol within the framework of the activities of the 51st session of the Arab Labor Conference, held in Cairo.
The protocol aims to enhance cooperation and solidarity between Arab trade union federations, through exchanging experiences and developing trade union work. It also seeks to unify efforts in defending workers’ rights and improving their living and professional conditions, thus contributing to confronting the challenges facing the Arab nation.
According to the National Union of Libyan Workers, the signing of this protocol is considered an important step towards strengthening Arab union unity and intensifying efforts to achieve more effective joint union work.
