The Regional Security Directorates Support Service explained that the operation came after accurate intelligence information led to identifying the location of the victims’ detention in the city of Tajoura, east of Tripoli, where a security force carried out a raid that resulted in the arrest of a gang member and the release of two people who were being subjected to physical torture, before they were transferred to receive treatment.
