Basins located in the drier areas also maintained relatively stable levels, with the filling rate reachingUmm Er-Rbia Basin 63.88 percent, whileSouss Masa basinWhen52.18 percent, while registerMoulawya Basin 63.99 percentThe percentage reachedZiz Care Grace Basin 45.53 percent, vs.38.30 percentInDraa Oued Noun Basin.
Regarding major dams, a number of them recorded a full filling rate of100 percent, among themDam on Oued ZaWith Moulouya Basin andSidi Idris DamIn the Umm Er-Rbia basin, while several other facilities approached their maximum capacity, includingSafsif Dam(98.90%), andHassan I Dam(97.66%), andAbu Abbas Al-Sabti Dam(97.33%), in addition toSahel Dam(97.03%) andBlocking Bab Lot(96.76%) in the Sebou Basin, andDar Kharoufa Dam(96.51%) in the Locos Basin.
These indicators, according to official data, reflect the continued improvement of the national water reserve, which provides a comfortable margin for managing water resources during the remainder of the summer, despite the continued heat waves and high demand for water.
