A preliminary technical report, issued Thursday, stated that the plane carrying the Chief of General Staff of the Libyan Army of the Government of National Accord,Muhammad Al-HaddadAnd a number of his companions were in good technical condition, and their engines were operating at full capacity the moment they collided with a hillside inside Turkish territory, in an accident that occurred last December 23.
The report explained that the accident resulted in the death of Al-Haddad and four of his companions, in addition to three members of the plane’s crew, following an official visit toAnkara.
The data added that the technical report was included in the investigation file initiated by the Public Prosecution in Türkiye, at a time when the competent authorities continue to collect evidence and analyze various technical data related to the accident.
