Rabat –Today, Saturday, at the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces in Rabat, Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem chaired the work of the Board of Directors of the Social Services of the Royal Armed Forces, in implementation of the high instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.
According to a statement from the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces, Her Royal Highness was received by General Doucoure Darme, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces, Commander of the Southern Region, and Managing Director of the Board of Directors of Social Services of the Royal Armed Forces, before she reviewed a formation from the General Command Headquarters Battalion of the Royal Armed Forces.
The communication added that Her Royal Highness then shook hands with members of the Board of Directors of Social Services of the Royal Armed Forces. The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, General Doucoure Darme, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Region, and General Doucoure Darme, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, participated in this meeting, along with members of the Council.
During the meeting, General du Bricade, Director of the Social Services Directorate, gave a presentation on the outcome of the various social services provided during the past year for the benefit of beneficiaries of the social services of the Royal Armed Forces. He also reviewed the expected work plan for the year 2027.
The communication stressed that the regularity of the Board of Directors’ work, under the effective presidency of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem, reflects the high care with which His Majesty the King extends to the members of the Royal Armed Forces and their families.
