Morocco and France strengthen their strategic partnership.. The French Prime Minister visits the Mausoleum of Mohammed V before the high-level meeting

Rabat –Today, Thursday, French Prime Minister Sébastien Le Cornu began his official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco by visiting the Mohammed V Mausoleum in Rabat, where he paid his respects to the souls of the late King Mohammed V and King Hassan II, before co-chairing with Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch the fifteenth session of the Moroccan-French high-level meeting.

The French official placed a wreath on the graves of the two late kings, signed the golden book of the shrine, and received explanations about this historical landmark, in the presence of the Minister Delegate in charge of relations with Parliament, the official spokesman for the government, Mustafa Paytas.

Lecorno arrived on Wednesday evening at Rabat-Salé Airport at the beginning of an official visit to Morocco, where he was received by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, along with a number of government members and officials, accompanied by a high-level French ministerial delegation.

The visit culminates in the holding of the fifteenth session of the Moroccan-French high-level meeting, chaired by Aziz Akhannouch and Sébastien Lecornu, at a station that reflects the renewed dynamism of bilateral relations and confirms the strength of the strategic partnership between Rabat and Paris.
