Tehran –The Iranian judiciary announced, on Saturday,Launching a broad legal path to pursue the United States and IsraelIn front ofInternational forums,Confirming the preparation of hundreds of judicial files related to what she describes as“War crimes and humanitarian violations,”In conjunction with bringing criminal charges against 300 people working or collaborating with the “Iran International” and “Minuto” channels.
A spokesman saidof the Iranian judiciary, aSaghr JahangirThe authorities documented the human and material losses resulting from the recent war, and prepared legal files against American and Israeli officials, noting that complaints had been received from more than 300,000 Iranian citizens, with official documents being referred to the United Nations.
He explained that the judicial authorities, in cooperation with the Human Rights Commission, courts and lawyers inside and outside Iran, completed 260 legal files and 201 indictments related to the recent war, in addition to 90 other files related to what Tehran described as the “Ramadan War.”
He added that the investigations were based on the Rome Statute, considering that targeting hospitals, schools, nuclear facilities, and civilian infrastructure amounts to war crimes and crimes against humanity, stressing that Tehran will continue to pursue those responsible before international bodies.
In the internal aspect, the judiciary announced the referral of a file that includes 300 media professionals who work or cooperate with the “Iran International” and “Menuto” channels to the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, accusing them of inciting violence and cooperating with foreign parties.
According to the Iranian official, the indictment includes charges including“Corruption on earth,” “intelligence cooperation with enemies,” “incitement to murder,” and “propaganda against the regime”In addition to accusations of security and military cooperation with the United States and Israel.
Jahangir stressed that the next stage will witness an intensification of judicial procedures against cybercrimes, economic corruption, and activities that the authorities consider a threat to internal security, while continuing to pursue the United States and Israel before international courts and bodies.
