Fuel prices in Morocco are declining…a new decline in gasoline and gasoline starting in July 2026

Rabat –Fuel prices in Morocco, starting from the early hours of Wednesday morning, entered a new stage of decline, after distribution companies reduced the prices of gasoline and gasoline, in a move that is expected to be reflected in transportation costs during the summer season.

According to data from sector professionals, the price of one liter decreased fromGasoline for 97 centsWhile the price ofPremium gasoline for 46 centsThis is the second consecutive decline since mid-June.

After this reduction, the average price of gasoline stabilized within the range12.61 dirhams per literWhile the average price of premium gasoline was about13.85 dirhams per literWith the possibility of recording slight differences between gas stations according to the city and distribution company.

This decline coincides with the decline in oil prices in global markets, as Brent crude oil recorded about$71.81 per barrelWhile West Texas Intermediate crude fell to about$68.39 per barrelAccording to international market data.

Observers link this decline to the decline in the prices of oil derivatives globally, in addition to the improvement in the movement of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, and the decrease in concerns related to supplies, in addition to anticipation of the results of negotiations between the United States and Iran and data on American oil inventories.

Professionals believe that the continued decline in fuel prices may reduce transportation burdens for families and transportation and logistics professionals, especially with the increase in the frequency of movements during the summer vacation, while local prices remain linked to international market developments, import costs, and the commercial policies of distribution companies.
