About Kamal Al-Hashoumi, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education, Primary Education, Vocational Training and Rehabilitation, in charge of primary education and combating school wastage.

صحافة بلادي — Morocco –Kamal El Hachoumi, who was appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, today, Friday, as Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education, Primary Education, Vocational Training and Rehabilitation, in charge of primary education and combating school waste, and has progressed through a distinguished academic and administrative path.

Al-Hachoumi holds a doctorate in public law and political science from Hassan II University in Casablanca in 2012. He worked as a professor of higher education at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Ain Sebaa in Casablanca since 2014, then a professor of constitutional law and parliamentary law at the Agdal Faculty of Law at Mohammed V University in Rabat since 2020.

At the administrative and institutional level, Al-Hashoumi served as an advisor at the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (2011-2014), then as head of the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives during the period between 2017 and 2021.

In March 2022, he was appointed Director of Human Resources, Budget and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Enterprise, Employment and Competencies. He also assumed the duties of Acting Secretary General of the Employment Sector. He is a member of the Political Bureau of the Socialist Union of Popular Forces Party.
