This heritage project aims to restore the walls, towers, and internal spaces of the Kasbah according to traditional engineering standards, enabling it to receive visitors, researchers, and cultural and artistic activities throughout the year.

Demands to accelerate tourism valorization and integrate the region’s youth

Civil and cultural activities in El Hajeb stressed the importance of attaching the restoration process to a sustainable cultural and tourism revitalization program that links the Kasbah to the tourist attractions of the Middle Atlas, Fez and Meknes.
