Tripoli –Today, Thursday, the Prime Minister of the Libyan National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, issued a decision specifying the holiday of the Day of Standing in Arafat and Eid Al-Adha for the year 1447 AH.
The decision stipulated that Tuesday, May 26, 2026, would be an official holiday on the occasion of standing at Arafat, while the Eid al-Adha holiday would extend to Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of next week.
The Libyan government confirmed the continuation of work in humanitarian facilities and urgent security services, while guaranteeing the rights of workers assigned to work during the holiday period, in accordance with applicable laws and legislation.
